Green Energy partners with Gav-Yam in an ongoing project to manage, optimize, and expand renewable energy infrastructure across the company’s assets, providing a full-service solution – from planning and installation to ongoing management of output, billing, and maintenance.

As part of the project, dozens of solar systems have been installed on rooftops of Gav-Yam’s income-generating real estate, logistics centers, industrial facilities, and business parks across Israel – with a total installed capacity of approximately 11.4 megawatts.

The systems are continuously managed by Green Energy, including daily monitoring, performance tracking, billing management with the Israel Electric Corporation, and the generation of energy reports and profitability forecasts – all as part of a comprehensive service package designed to maximize returns and ensure energy stability.
